The Lieu Residence will feature a comprehensive knockdown and rebuild over a sprawling 1000m² site, which presents unique challenges, particularly given the steep 10m+ slope. Such topography requires meticulous planning and execution, making this a complex build that demands a high standard of finish and an acute attention to detail throughout the construction process.
